This webinar will address the key concerns of running a virtual hearing, which are how:
(1) cross-examination of witness is conducted;
(2) documentary evidence is presented; and
(3) interpretation of witnesses and experts are conducted.
HKIAC will explain what virtual hearings entails and share its experiences with virtual hearings conducted thus far. This will be followed by international arbitration specialist practitioner sharing his experience in cross-examination of witnesses and provide practical tips and know-how in conducting a virtual hearing. We will also have industry experts providing a live demonstration of how evidence is presented, and simultaneous services are provided in a virtual hearing platform.
