Mr. Jae Kyoung Kim has been an employee of Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. ("HDEC") for the past 30 years and serves as the Project Director of the Chinchero Cusco International Airport project in Peru, South America.

He had experienced the role of "Contracts Manager" in the biggest building project in HDEC's history in Qatar, serving as the leader of various Headquarters teams, including the "Overseas Support Team", "Project Risk Management Team", and "Planning & Dispute Resolution Team". He has extensive overseas project experience, encompassing litigation, arbitration, claims, and risk management. He has qualified as an in-house consultant, having completed the Technical Profession Program (TPP) course.

He has given several lectures to university students in Seoul for about 10 years, focusing on the topic of 'Management of Construction Contract and Dispute Resolution'.
