Mr. Yonggyu Lee provided education and support for the operating ‘Time Management’ of various domestic and foreign projects such as power generation, infrastructure, and building. In the case of overseas or large-scale projects, he supported CPM schedule and delay analysis in preparation for EOT Claims, and was in charge of training CPM schedule programs such as Primavera P6 and MS-Project.
Currently he takes charge of schedule management of headquarters in POSCO E&C and is working as an in-house schedule expert.

Ms. Kellie Yi, a dual licensed (U.S. and England and Wales) attorney with wide range of experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters in Construction, Energy, Shipbuilding, ESG, and Sustainable Development sectors.
Kellie has specialized in construction and commercial disputes including those arising under EPC contracts, procurement and security agreements, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and related supply and finance agreements for major international projects. Kellie’s experience in international arbitration spans Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia as well as all major institutional rules and UNCITRAL proceedings.
She has experience working at Allen & Overy's international arbitration team based out of the Hong Kong office, a a major Korean construction/shipbuilding conglomerate company, an arbitral institution, and an ESG company. Kellie also previously worked at an international law firm in the U.S. and clerked for Hon. Judge Harold R. DeMoss Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Dami Park has extensive experience in the various contracts, claims, and disputes in relation to the construction/energy industry. She has reviewed and negotiated various types of contracts such as EPC contract, equipment supply agreement, technical service agreement, consortium agreement, and O&M agreement relevant to thermal power plants/combined cycle plants/nuclear power plants and desalination plants and commercial properties. Sanghyo Ahn is currently working as Contract Manager for DL E&C (formerly Daelim Industrial), especially performing of contract review/negotiation, contract management, change order, claim, dispute, arbitration and litigation.

He started works at Samsung Heavy Induestries in 2001 and perforrmed Project Management and Contract Management for lots of EPC projects for 15 years, and works additional 7 years at DL E&C as a Contract Manager up to date, has a total of more than 20 years of Contract Management experience. He has project records for MISC LNG, BG LNG, Shell Bonga FPSO, Shell Prelude FLNG, Kuwait SHF, Kuwait FCC, Russia OMSK, Russia AORC, Russia Vysotsk, SK LNG, YNCC NCC, S-OIL RUCP, Poseung Biomass, Dangjin/Taean/Sinseocheon/GSDEP Power Plant, Ulsan Combined Cycle Power Plant, Uljin SGR Project etc. and has experience in Contract Management/Claim/Arbitration in various projects such as Shipbuilding, Offshore Plant, Power Plant, Oil & Gas Plant etc.. Jaesung Lee is the Dispute Support group leading partner at Deloitte Korea. He is specialized in the field of application of legal technologies into dispute resolutions. Kyongwha acts as counsel and advisor for multinational corporate clients in complex engineering, construction and commercial disputes. She has significant experience in representing states and corporate clients in international arbitrations (both commercial and investment) under the ICSID, ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, KCAB, JCAA, and UNCITRAL rules and local arbitration acts in venues around the world. Kyongwha focuses on mega projects in the energy, infrastructure, industrial, and residential sectors.

Kyongwha is a regular speaker and writer on various topics in construction law, international arbitration and investment treaty disputes. She serves as a faculty member of the academy on international construction projects run by Samsung C&T. Kyongwha co-authored the Korea chapter in the International Handbook on Commercial Arbitration edited by ICCA (2018) and the full-length treatise on arbitration in Korea, Arbitration Law of Korea: Practice and Procedure (Juris Publishing, 2012). She is a director of Korean International Mediation Center, on the Steering Committees of Korean Council for International Arbitration, Society of Construction Law Korea (International Liaison Sub-Committee), and the Rules Committee of the Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration & Mediation. Kyongwha received her law degrees (LL.B. and M.A.) from Korea University, her LL.M. from Harvard Law School where she received Roger Fisher and Frank E.A. Currently the head of the International Arbitration Team, Sanghoon Han handles a wide variety of international arbitration cases, and has represented both Korean and foreign clients in arbitration proceedings conducted under a number of leading international arbitration rule systems, including those of the KCAB, SIAC, LCIA, ICSID and ICC. Joseph Lee is an international construction and disputes expert who handles both non-contentious and contentious matters by providing legal advice to contractors, developers and
government agencies from wide demographic regions - covering not only Korea but also those from China, Japan, Europe and Middle East. Joseph has been advising clients on various issues arising during pre-development, tender, contracting,construction and post-construction/operation phases of various infrastructure, oil & gas and energy projects. In particular, Joseph advised the Public Works Authority of Qatar (Ashghal) and drafted its entire suite of contracts and ancillary documents for procurement of 18 types of projects and services (a.k.a., 2018 Ashghal contracts), which are widely used in Qatar as its standard form contracts.

Joseph Lee is also an international construction arbitration expert, experienced in advising on and conducting dispute resolution procedures in various fora including ICC, QICCA, KCAB, ad hoc arbitrations and courts in New York, Korea and Qatar. These disputes related to various types of projects including roads, metros, buildings, power/desalination plants and oil refinery plants. Joseph also supported clients in resolving its claims before escalating them to formal dispute resolution procedures by preparing the claims documentation and advising on the strategies for early settlement.
