한상훈 변호사는 국제중재 전문 변호사이며, 특히 투자자-국가 분쟁 및 해외건설분쟁에 풍부한 경험을 갖고 있습니다. 한상훈 변호사는 대한민국 정부뿐만 아니라 투자자를 대리하여 다수의 투자자-국가분쟁 사건을 수행한 바 있습니다. 그리고 한상훈 변호사는 ICSID, ICC, LCIA, SIAC 및 대한상사중재원 등에서 진행되는 중재사건에서 국내외 고객을 대리하여 왔으며, 다양한 국제소송 사건에 대한 경험과 전문성이 있습니다. 한상훈 변호사는 대한상사중재원, Asian International Arbitration Centre 및 Thai Arbitration Institute 등의 중재인이며, 한국원전수출산업협회 법률자문단 위원으로도 활동하고 있습니다.

Currently the head of the International Arbitration Team, Sanghoon Han handles a wide variety of international arbitration cases, and has represented both Korean and foreign clients in arbitration proceedings conducted under a number of leading international arbitration rule systems, including those of the KCAB, SIAC, LCIA, ICSID and ICC.  Sanghoon Han serves on the panel of arbitrators at KCAB, AIAC, Thai Arbitration Institute and MCIA and mediators for KCAB and SIMC, and has acted as an arbitrator in international arbitration cases under the rules of KCAB. Mr Han is a Fellow of the Charted Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb)
