She has reviewed and negotiated various types of contracts such as EPC contract, equipment supply agreement, technical service agreement, consortium agreement, and O&M agreement relevant to thermal power plants/combined cycle plants/nuclear power plants and desalination plants and commercial properties. Ms. Park has also advised project management teams in relation to contracts and claims during the project excution phases.
