이용규 위원은 포스코이앤씨 재직 중이며, 공정관리그룹에서 발전, 인프라, 건축 등 국내외 다양한 프로젝트의 공정관리 운영에 대한 교육 및 지원을 수행하였습니다. 해외 또는 대규모 프로젝트의 경우 EOT클레임을 대비하여 CPM공정표 작성 및 Delay Analysis 지원 업무를 수행하며, Primavera P6 및 MS-Project 등 공정관리프로그램 교육을 담당하였습니다.
현재 포스코이앤씨 사업관리실에서 공정관리를 담당하고 있으며, 사내 Expert로 활동하고 있습니다.

Mr. Yonggyu Lee provided education and support for the operating ‘Time Management’ of various domestic and foreign projects such as power generation, infrastructure, and building. In the case of overseas or large-scale projects, he supported CPM schedule and delay analysis in preparation for EOT Claims, and was in charge of training CPM schedule programs such as Primavera P6 and MS-Project.
Currently he takes charge of schedule management of headquarters in POSCO E&C and is working as an in-house schedule expert.
